let’s talk about Tik Tok pasta.

starting a new lil’ series on here – sharing more easy + delicious recipes! I don’t typically share recipes but gosh, with summer comes trying new things, including foods, and so here it goes.

i promise I’ll only share the super delicious recipes with you! everything we make is simple + quick.

first up, the famous tik tok pasta. while this isn’t a new recipe of ours, and maybe you’ve even seen it on tik tok yourself, this has become one of our absolute go-to’s when we’re craving pasta.

tik tok pasta ingredients:

• feta cheese or garlic & herbs soft spreadable cheese (this is what we use 90% of the time)
• 2 boxes of cherry tomatoes
• pasta of your choice (we like egg noodles)
• optional (but we use these everytime): chicken breast, veggies (we like broccoli with this recipe)

directions:

• in a medium baking dish, empty the tomatoes.
• top with the cheese
• bake at 400 deg. for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese has melted
• cook your choice of pasta as usual
• stir cheese/tomatoes once baked – this will make a beautiful, creamy sauce
• top the pasta with the sauce
• we like to serve with broccoli & cooked chicken breast for a full meal

that’s it! sooo simple but sooo good – the sauce is rich + creamy. add more garlic & herbs (fresh basil would also go well with this recipe) if you’d like but typically the garlic & herbs soft spreadable cheese we buy is seasoned enough. 🙂 sometimes we add parmesan cheese on top. enjoy!
