when i’m craving a sweet treat, yogurt w/ berries & granola always sounds good!
this is a go-to, afternoon snack for me. it’s sweet + crunchy and the protein + fiber helps fill me up.
ingredients:
- greek yogurt (i like vanilla – either 2good or light&fit)
- handful of granola (i like chocolate)
- strawberries
- blueberries
