Grand Central Terminal + Times Square | New York City

It’s time to share more NYC pictures! I thought I would combine Grand Central Terminal + Times Square since we visited these two places on the same day, one right after the other.

grand-central-terminal-new-york-cityFrom downtown, Nic and I took the Subway to Grand Central, which at 5PM on a Friday is bustling to say the least!

grand-central-terminal-new-york-cityGrand Central Terminal was built in 1903. We attempted to photograph its Main Concourse but it’s definitely one of those things that look much more amazing in person! Our pictures just don’t do it justice.grand-central-terminal-new-york-city

We then walked from Grand Central over to Times Square, stopping in a few shops here and there.

times-square-new-york-cityOur friend, Katy, met us in Times Square, which I thought was a nearly impossible task except for the fact that Katy lives in New York and easily found where we were!

times-square-new-york-cityWe all snapped a couple of pictures, took in the craziness that Times Square was, spotted where the infamous New Year’s Eve ball drops, and jumped back on the Subway to head over to Katy’s apartment in Brooklyn to continue on with our weekend!

Oh Meredith! I give you credit for that!

I’m 5 months now and I can only imagine! So much walking! No wonder everyone is so thin that lives there 🙂
