we’re still smiling from disney on ice! we attended one of the frozen & encanto shows at nationwide arena in columbus.
this is one of those bucket list items that’s been on my list for the girls for the past couple of years + i’m SO GLAD we did it. i admittedly googled disney on ice age range before we went but i honestly can say no one is too old for this show!=

if you see a show around meals (we did the 7pm show) & are local, i highly, highly recommend grabbing food at nada beforehand – be sure to snag a reservation. we made a 5pm reservation bc the doors opened at 6 and it was the perfect amount of time to enjoy and not feel rushed. nada has an excellent kids’ menu + they were so sweet + generous at nada and even gave the girls some disney coloring pages. plus, we could see when they opened the doors from inside the restaurant vs. waiting in the cold 🙂

although we ate beforehand, the girls did crave some yummy snacks while we were there. they weren’t cheap the popcorn came in a fun mickey bucket and the snow cones were served in your choice of an encanto, olaf, or a princess cup. we got the encanto cups and they are sooo cute + such a keepsake now.

i also googled how long the show was so i knew what to expect. everything i read said 1.5-2 hours total and i can confirm that to be true based on our experience. the first half of the show was frozen, then they had a 20 minute intermission, followed by the encanto show. at the end, i don’t want to spoil it for you, but some more guests come out for the finale!

again, i highly, highly recommend for your family! we had an absolute blast + it was so fun to see my girls’ faces when new characters and songs came on. it was truly like they were toddlers again. i want to go again next year! LOL!

i shared some ideas of what to wear, and bring, to disney on ice here.
