i’ve been eating this every day, for years now, either for breakfast or lunch – it feels like such a treat but is packed with tons of healthy ingredients.

smoothie bowl recipe ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- handful of spinach
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (i like vega proteins & greens)
- optional: 1 tbsp. peanut butter or peanut butter powder
- optional: 1/2-1 whole avocado
- the avocado and/or pb will make your bowl extra creamy & filling
blend everything together until smooth! top with granola if you’d like! let me know how you like it!
