Fun Valentine’s Day Ideas for Your Home

Today I’m sharing some fun Valentine’s Day ideas for your home! I’ve rounded up some ideas + inspo for you to celebrate Valentine’s Day! If you don’t follow me already on IG, click on over there to check out more holiday fun!

Valentine’s Day Ideas

Decorate a festive book shelf for Valentine’s Day!

Pull out all of your books that have to do with love (not all necessarily valentine’s per se), add some decor, and garlands and you’re all set! You can view last year’s book shelf, including some of our very favorites, here.

Make a Valentine’s Day Treat!

this does not need to be complicated… I like these cookies for a fun dessert!

Set up a Valentine’s Kitchen Station.

Put all of your pretty pink, red, and purple items on display out on the kitchen counter. You could even make it into a coffee and/or hot chocolate station.

Add decor in unexpected places.

Bring a pop of color to a dining chair with a pretty pink pillow. Hang valentine’s day art in the bathroom. get creative and add joyful touches all around your home.

Host a Valentine’s Day Brunch!

Pull out festive plates, napkins, and cups. throw on some music + Serve some treats and have fun!

Buy cute outfits for the holiday!

Some of my favorite places to shop for seasonal clothes for the girls are the wishing elephant, Jersey Shop Design, and Little Mia Bella.

Gift a pair of Valentine’s PJs!

Pair with a book and top with some festive yarn if you’re a bit extra, like me 🙂 You can check out my post on our Valentine’s Day pjs here.

Make a Valentine’s Craft!

This can be simple, like my craft above, or intricate . You can check out my post on these Valentine’s mailboxes here.

This post today is part of a Valentine’s themed blog hop I’m a part of!
