You may have seen on Instagram that our “Play All Day” sign has a new home! We have a room we’ve designated the playroom at our new home & I can’t wait to make it our own! It’s completely a work in progress right now & there’s a lot to be done to this room to make it the cheery, cozy space that I have in mind!
One of the main differences between our playroom now & our one before is that it’s on the main level of the house now, whereas before, it was at the top of the stairs in our loft. The girls always needed us to let them in because of the stairs and the gates. Now, they can visit this space as often as they’d like!
I’ve already started a massive organization project in there as I realize that’s part of the problem. They can’t find half of their toys because they are separated into different boxes and containers. Less is more, as I’m finding out especially with the toy situation!
We’ve also moved the art table in there and I’m looking at getting a mat to put underneath the table to preserve the carpet/rug as long as possible 🙂 I also think a neutral wallpaper would be so cool on an accent wall. In terms of paint, Ultra White by Sherwin Williams will be the main color in the room and the accent walls are now coated with Jovial by Sherwin Williams.
