I really started to feel the Spring season this month with the warmer weather and sunshine! As always, it feels so nice to get out and about after the winter! Although this winter went to quickly for me this year thanks to my little nugget! Some posts y’all loved this month were Where to Brunch in Columbus, Baby Essentials: The First Six Weeks, My To-Do List: 10 Columbus Restaurants and 5 Sales I’m Shopping this Weekend.
^ Obviously I have an obsession with Alchemy Juice and even more obviously, it made my post on Where to Brunch in Columbus.
^ First timer at Bibibop and it’s everything I hoped for. So delicious and healthy. I love when I can find that combo.
^ Baby girl shoes are just the cutest! Similar gold moccasins, Freshly Picked moccasins, elephant shoes, and baby Converse sneakers.
^ A day in the sunshine on my in-laws’ farm called for a selfie. So happy to be outside!
^ Spent a warm Tuesday at the Columbus Zoo with my sis-in-law, nephew, and Ava Mae. I love the fact that the zoo is so nursing (and stroller! LOL) friendly. They have nursing rooms there for all you nursing mothers out there… which are not easy to find around the city, unfortunately.
^ I have a big-time major obsession with local blogger Hummusapien’s Blueberry Cacao Smoothie Bowl. I now understand why she says she eats this every day – it really does help me get up in the morning! How in the world am I ever going to eat anything else? It doesn’t get much healthier/refreshing/tasty than this bowl. And it’s soooo easy to make as I prep the ingredients in a freezer bag at the beginning of the week and just pop it in the blender with some almond milk in the morning! Perfection.
^ Ava received this at one of her showers and I couldn’t wait for her to put it on, obviously. It’s even more special in person. You can find a similar onesie here.
^ Wearing my baby shoes – one of my friends said it best: They just don’t make shoes like they used to! #classic
^ Met up with family for some caffeine and oatmeal at Fox in the Snow Cafe. The oatmeal is great!
^ Wandering around the Short North working on a post with Erin for Meijer.^ Had the best day exploring Goodale Park and enjoying the magnolias in bloom! Goodale is my very favorite park in the springtime – if you’ve never been, go now to enjoy the color and some sunshine!
^ Doesn’t get much better than brunch on the patio at Katalina’s. Try those pancake balls with nutella if you haven’t already!!!
^ There are SO MANY cute Spring clothes for baby girls I had to put together all my picks in this post, Spring Style: Baby Girl.
^ Had a lot of fun re-capping our first weeks of parenthood in the post, Baby Essentials: The First Six Weeks.
^ How funny is this onesie from Clothe Ohio? I also love this one and this one.
^ Couldn’t resist a little Baby Gap shopping during Ava’s first trip to Polaris. {Stripe onesie // denim romper // polka dots one piece}. All of these are SO SOFT.
^ Breakfast at Zoe Cafe with Erin, wearing my new distressed jeans (that are under $37!) and similar crossbody bag from Target.
^ Ava’s First Easter dress {Mini Boden dress and sweater}. We had the best Easter weekend!
^ This little stinker was actually starting to have a mini-breakdown and this was taken after a major blowout that resulted in no tights/a back-up onesie buuut that’s just #momlife for ya. 🙂
^ The prettiest spring blooms in Kroger.
Last year’s Life Lately: March post looks so much chillier than this year’s!
