Looking for a delicious place to brunch in Columbus? Meant to be enjoyed with family and/or friends, it’s the only meal that matters to many – especially on the weekend.
Columbus has a plethora of fabulous brunch choices – it’s just a matter of finding the one that best suits your mood, location, and taste. The following are some local favorites. Enjoy!
LINDEY’S: In the heart of German Village, Lindey’s is a fabulous choice for any meal – but their brunch is outstanding. Sit outside on their stunning patio during the warmer months.MILESTONE 229: Enjoy the views of the Scioto River at this popular spot. The entire menu is delicious. Have a mimosa, or two.
WOLF’S RIDGE BREWING: The Rosy Cheeks glazed doughnuts… the Cuban benedict… topped off with a Beermosa = To.die.for! Located downtown.
SKILLET: Their menu changes seasonally and is always top-notch. Get there early to avoid the wait at this super cozy spot. Once you have a table, your meal will come out rather quickly, which is just fabulous. Excellent service.
PISTACIA VERA: The cutest lil’ place you ever did see. Nestled in German Village, Pistacia Vera is filled with natural light, beautiful food, and tasty macarons. Grab a seat outside on their patio during the warmer months.
THE GUILD HOUSE: Delicious options at this Cameron Mitchell restaurant in the Short North. The perfect spot for a special brunch.
KATALINA’S: Their pancake balls with Nutella are what dreams are made of. Worth the wait but get there early to beat the crowd on the weekend.
SOUTH OF LANE: This cafe is an absolute must-visit staple while in Upper Arlington! Sit on the sidewalk if it’s warm! Try an omelete and/or a waffle!
FOX IN THE SNOW CAFE: Its latte art makes this place a highly Instagrammed cafe in Columbus. The atmosphere, drinks, and treats make it hard to beat, especially on a weekend morning.
ALCHEMY JUICE BAR + CAFE: Healthy made delicious. You won’t even know you’re loading up on superfoods at Alchemy, located off of Parsons near Children’s Hospital. It’s sooo good.
FORNO: Breakfast pizza, hello! Forno’s service, food, and atmosphere keep Columbusites coming back for more.
ETHYL & TANK: Nothing but relaxed vibes at this casual, affordable, and delicious restaurant on campus:
NORTHSTAR CAFE — The Sweet Potato and Turkey Hash with a Shooting Star (orange/carrot/lemon/ginger) are solid choices at this Columbus favorite. Multiple locations around the city.
BODEGA — You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu at this Short North establishment but the Cocoa Pebbles Waffles are to die for!
VASO ROOFTOP LOUNGE: Don’t miss brunch or the stunning views of Dublin at this chic new establishment located in the up & coming Bridge Park development. Their drinks are every bit of delightful, too.
THE PEARL: This Short North Cameron Mitchell gastropub is a must in your Columbus brunch adventures! You can read about our experience with The Pearl HERE.
nada: Spanish-inspired dishes that are all completely Instagram-worthy AND delicious! One of my fave spots in the city!
DOUGH MAMA: Located on High Street in Clintonville, this adorable spot offers breakfast, lunch, pies, and bakery goods!
HIGH BANK DISTILLERY: One of the newest spots in Grandview! Can’t go wrong with a Rosé Cooler & Hot Chicken and Biscuits!
THE CREST GASTROPUB: Boasting two Central Ohio locations (one on Parsons and one on Indianola Ave), this spot has an impressive brunch and drinks menu. This mimosa flight was as delicious as it was pretty!
A few other notable brunches in Columbus: Tasi Cafe, The Whitney House, Third & Hollywood and Matt the Miller’s. Happy Brunching!
