Life Lately: September

Man oh man. I can’t believe September is over. I love, love, love this month because it is so busy with SO MANY celebrations, including my birthday, anniversary, etc. but this September was especially sweet. I will look back on this month with only the best memories…

^ I settled into my pregnancy a bit more this month which felt amazing. Here’s a lil’ selfie action during date night in the Short North. I was so excited to be wearing my first maternity dress and to actually have a bump to show! Wearing: Target dress / Foley + Corinna Crossbody.

^ This month, we found out we are expecting a baby girl this January!!! This post was very personal for me to share on the blog but you all shared the love – it’s been my most popular post EVER so thank you!

^ How amazing is my mom? I just love her. My birthday cake this year was as delicious as it was pretty!

^ So excited to be wearing these scarlet + gray New Balance sneakers for the first Ohio State game of the season!

^ I found out y’all love blanket scarves as much as I do! I still would love to have every scarf on this list I put together!

^ Nic and I celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary on the 15th of this month! You can view our entire wedding post I did a couple of years ago here.

^ Collaborated with the local Simply Vague for a fun Instagram giveaway and look at the cutest things they sent me! The JRJ Nail Polish is amazing!!!

^ The changing of the seasons usually means a changing of the makeup routine! I shared my favorite Meijer finds that I’ve been using daily here.

^ Fall was in the air at The New Albany Classic! I had a great afternoon at my first classic with my sister-in-law and sweet nephew… and was able to pick up these gorgeous flowers which are still looking great! Wearing: Forever 21 Denim Dress, similar dresses here and here // Steve Madden boots

^ More mums. And yes, the outside of my house is now home to many mums from Strader’s 10 for $40 deal. I love them!!!

^ Brunched at Pistacia Vera in German Village with Maggie from Blush & Blooms.

On to October – the month of pumpkins, fall leaves, and Halloween!
