I’ve been meaning to put this post up for weeks! Last month, I hosted my best friend’s Bachelorette party in Charleston, South Carolina! We had an absolute blast and she is going to be the most beautiful bride EVER! We stayed at Tides Folly Beach, which right on Folly Beach, perfect for spending a beach day with the Bachelorette and her BFF’s.
I put together goodie bags for each of the girls. Peach Tea Monograms is ah-mazing and designed + made us the cutest personalized koozies for our weekend. I’m a bit obsessed with how they turned out!
As everyone arrived to Folly, we ventured to nearby Snapper Jack’s for some drinks and appetizers to hold us off for dinner. Snapper Jack’s is a cool, casual spot with an awesome rooftop and live music.
Later that evening, after a super affordable + delicious dinner at Taco Boy, on Folly Beach, we ventured over to the dance party at Snapper Jack’s + stayed there pretty much the entire night before walking a mere one block home. It was so nice to not have to take a cab.The next morning, we ventured to the sweet Lost Dog Cafe, which again, is on Folly. Lost Dog is the cutest vacation breakfast spot I’ve ever seen. It’s so laid back you can even bring your dog.
After a fulfilling breakfast/brunch, it was beach time! We put on our Flash Tattoos + headed out to get some sun. Nothing is better than hanging with your girls on the beach. Nothing!
Later that evening, we had a little shower for Katy and then hopped on our mint green bus for a few hours to tour around Charleston before dinner.
We rented the most unique bus from LowCountry Valet & Shuttle Co.! They took care of us! We were able to see + get out at some of Charleston’s best spots like The Battery, the Market Pavilion Bar, and Red’s Ice House at Shem Creek.
Dinner at The Macintosh was unbelievably tasty. We were there for hours but it didn’t feel like it! Sooo many good things on the menu. We were really hoping they would have Tomato Pie, but they did run out before we got there! Next time, though, right?!Late night consisted of Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit! I just had a taste of one of these biscuits that I know Jeni has used in her ice cream before… and it was ridiculous! Sooo good!
The next morning, a few of us lingered and grabbed brunch at Rita’s Seaside Grille, a cool spot right beside our hotel. Captain Crunch french toast = Yum!!!
