Wow! The temps are definitely rising in Ohio! 80’s all week, my dears. I’ve found myself particularly parched lately, needing even more water than usual.
I’ve been playing around with fruit infused water, because frankly, it amps up my water and makes me drink more of it – improving flavor and adding a touch of prettiness as well. Plus, drinking fruit infused water is basically like drinking vitamin water with tons of antioxidants and nutrients leaking out of the fruits into the water. Yes, please.
Some of my favorite fruits to drop in a pitcher of cold or room temperature water and let chill for a few hours before consuming include strawberries, blueberries, lemons, oranges, and raspberries. Fresh basil or mint leaves are a delicious addition as well and add a punch of flavor.
