I feel like I say this every month, but wow! November really flew by. I’ll be honest though, November is not my favorite month. By the end of or even mid-month, the pretty leaves have fallen to the ground, there’s a (quite brisk) chill in the air, and it gets dark oh-too-soon. Winter is well on its way or some say it’s already here. But I do love the last few days of the month: Thanksgiving, putting up holiday decorations, spending time with family and friends. Yep, there is something special about this time of year. Happy Holidays!
{ Couldn’t resist stealing an iPhone shot of the first snow… and the beautiful cotton candy sunset. }
{ Big news for those of you that don’t follow along on Instagram: Nic and I got another Maltipoo. Reagan is 3/4 toy poodle and 1/4 maltese. And the sweetest thing ever. My other maltipoo, Lincoln, is 4 and we’ve always wanted to get a playmate for him because he adores other dogs and has a lot of energy/playfulness still. Reagan has been a perfect match for Lincoln and for us, so far! If you have any advice on potty training, I’ll take it though because it’s been a bit more difficult for her than it was for Lincoln. Fingers crossed she “gets it” soon! }
{ This was just taken last night, after Nic and I put up on Christmas tree that looks itty bitty now that we have a house and not a small apartment. I couldn’t have been happier to just lounge around with Nic, the pups, on the couch… watching movies and enjoying the tree. This tells me I’m getting a bit older. 🙂 Oh and few of you had a question about the leggings? You can find them HERE – they’re from Target! }
{ How amazing is this photo? When my BFF, Katy, posted this shot to Instagram, I knew that I had to re-gram it! It’s so awesome! This photo was taken in Patagonia (South America) while Katy and her fiance, Seamus, were visiting Alison and Brian, an Ohio couple that quit their jobs to travel the world over the past year! So cool – you can read all about their travels on their blog, Beaches and Backpacks.
{ Working on an upcoming Meijer beauty post for the holidays. }
{ How pretty is this place setting? Courtesy of my mother at Thanksgiving dinner. 🙂 }
{ I’m mildly obsessed with my new wreath made by Ashby Floral. Ashby was awesome to share their tips on easy + inexpensive holiday decorating. }
{ Lincoln and Reagan. I’m such a maltipoo mom right now. }
{ Gettin’ artsy with the scarlet & gray theme. }
{ This croissant was da bomb. From Four Turns Baking Co. – look for the full post tomorrow on GAC! PJ’s from Target – surprise! I was loving everything there this month. }
{ Stopped in German Village’s Juergens Bakery and took a few shots outside for an upcoming post, featuring the sweater I’m wearing from Rock and Bow. }
{ Fave date night spot, ever: Curio in German Village. }
{ These leaves in German Village were too pretty to not take a photo with. Plus, I had on my leopard flats. }
{ Very cool spot downtown, The Elevator Brewery & Draught Haus.}
{ I took over the Live Columbus Instagram this month for a day with the first stop being Impero Coffee Roasters in the Short North. }
{ The before and after 0f our dining room, thus far. The chandelier light is from West Elm and the rug is from World Market. I found both of them on serious sale! }
{ Skillet‘s brunch is the best!!! }
{ Loving all the color. }
{ With the lovely Liz, the blogger behind Mrs. Ladylike at the Capital Style Magazine Holiday Issue Release Party at The Diamond Cellar in Dublin. Such a fun party! }
{ This Big and Little’s Craft Donuts donut tasted as amazing as it looks – Fruity Pebbles, yes please! I picked this up at The Hills Market in Worthington but I know that they sell them every Saturday at the Powell Farmer’s Market. }
{ A game day look. I’m obsessed with this blanket scarf from guess again: Target. It is the softest scarf I own plus the colors are perfect for OSU fans! Would make a great present. }
{ Shopping with my momma at Columbus’s first antique mall, the Greater Columbus Antique Mall, in the Brewery District. This place is huge and has a ton of great glassware! }
{ I don’t take this Chloe + Isabel necklace off. It’s dainty and goes with everything. }
{ Shopping for vintage finds in Clintonville, at The Boomerang Room, a great shop for mid-century pieces.}

I have the same silverware as your mom. I received mine from my grandma as they were hers to begin with. 🙂
