APRIL: Oh, hey! I always love you. You’re filled with blooming trees and flowers, tons of sunshine, outside time, and memories with family and friends! We also ventured south to Florida for a spring break this year which made it even better! Our first family vacation… 🙂 The plane rides went decently well and the time we spent there was perfect.
Charleston, South Carolina. It’s a bit like stepping back in time in the best way possible. The architecture. The beaches. The history. The cobblestone. The lanterns. The food. Oh, the food! This list is the must-dos – perfect for spending a weekend in this southern city or even a week-long trip. You choose. You may even want to extend your stay.

This past weekend, we bopped on over to Kings Island, one of my favorite amusement parks, to meet up with my brother and future sister-in-law for a bit of fun in the sun.
Snow is coming down outside and I’ve been looking through old photos from the summer – I realized I never shared my pics from Central Park in NYC this past August and while it’s a bit of random timing, I still must share. We spent the day exploring the park with friends that live in NYC (love you Colleen!) and their adorable puppy, Matilda, pictured below.
Located 10 miles from downtown Charleston, South Carolina, Folly Beach is a favorite travel destination for some R&R. Folly has it all: Clean beaches, delicious food, comfortable accommodations, unpretentious character, and memorable beauty.
