one of our very favorite parks is slate run farm, just south of columbus. we visit every summer!
slate run is a living historical farm that’s free! the girls love to go and explore there and see the animals. the entire farm is like you’re stepping back into the 1800s. there’s a gorgeous farmhouse, gardens, and barn. if you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth of a visit with kiddos! read more about the farm here.
