When we visited Disney Springs with kids, we weren’t quite sure what there was to do there but we found there is a ton of fun to be had there with littles! It’s essentially a fun lil’ outdoor mall by the water + you can definitely spend an afternoon/evening there.

Disney Springs with Kids
We visited twice on our “rest days” after we hung out at the pool. We got there via the Lyft Minnie Vans or Ubers although you can catch a bus or even a water taxi from some resorts. Here’s our round-up of what we did + recommend:
1. Visit the World of Disney Store
This is definitely our #1 pick! We visited this store after our plane landed for the girls to pick out a couple things using their Disney gift cards their family so graciously gifted them. I’m so glad we went here before our park days bc it saved a ot of time stopping into other smaller shops – this World of Disney store had EVERYTHING! It was absolutely massive and was so fun to shop and look around. The girls picked out some stuffies, jewelry, and pins! It was so fun!

2. See Live Music
You can find live music around Disney Springs most evenings + we were lucky to stumble upon this performer after dinner one night at the Waterview Park. You can view a schedule of Disney Spring’s events here.

3. Make Your Own M&M’s
This was a highlight of our Disney Springs visit for sure. The girls created their own cup of M&M’s at the M&M Store! I mean, you can see how many there were – their M&M wall is really something! They come in all kinds of unique colors + mixes + it was a fabulous memory and souvenir for them.

4. Trade Pins
We bought a few Disney pins at The World of Disney but then we saw so many pin boards where you can trade pins if you’d like to! During our Disney Trip, the girls got really into the whole pins thing

5. Get a cookie from Summer House On the Lake
We actually had dinner at Summer House and LOVED our experience – they have the best healthy but delish adults meals as well as the best kids’ meals w the cutest names… so if you’re trying to find a great/beautiful but casual kid-friendly restaurant, this one is it! But the cookies are what made this list bc I really don’t think you should visit Disney Springs + not get one! They’re HUGE and amazingly delicious. The girls got the sprinkles one.

6. Do some shopping
While shopping of course is something to do at Disney Springs with kids, it also can be a lot sometimes depending on kids’ moods and time of day, LOL. We popped in Zara, Sephora, and the Star Wars shops but there’s a ton of stores there to explore + the girls were all about it!

7. Family dinner at The Boat House
This one is especially great for the parents but The Boathouse has a fantastic children’s menu too. Here it’s all about the food, views, and the service! Everything was absolutely fabulous! I recommend making a reservation here bc it gets really busy… bc it’s so good!

8. Visit the LEGO Store
This LEGO store may be a bit above all the others – they have a dragon and characters outside + inside! It’s just fun to go and look at all of the LEGO art!

What We Didn’t do
There’s a lot more to do at Disney Springs that we just didn’t have time for like seeing a movie, bowling, taking a water taxi, vintage amphicar rides, riding the carousel or mini train, eating at Rain Forest Cafe etc.
Another great restaurant rec: A lot of people rave about The Polite Pig being delicious, too!
