I LOVE putting these together at the start of the school year. There’s something nostalgic about the start of a new school year, even as an adult! I like to gift these to the girls right before the start of school or maybe a week before.

I like to include fun school supplies, notebooks, hair clips, their first day of school flags (full tutorial here), and more. It’s also a great time to replenish their markers for home. This sketchbook may be my very favorite thing I’ve included in their basket.
