Looking to brunch somewhere delicious, chic, and not in the Short North? Dublin’s Vaso Rooftop Lounge just added weekend brunch to their menu and it’s DIVINE. I went a couple of weekends ago with a couple of my BFF’s and we couldn’t get enough of their Spanish-inspired menu. And while I can’t attest to the taste of the drinks (just a few more weeks and I can!), they looked sooo beautifully crafted, as you can see in my photos. Our table had the Madrid Old Fashioned, VASO Red Snapper, Mimosa, and Puesta de Catalonia.Plus, Y’ALL. Warm weather is coming SO soon and Vaso’s patio is to die for, overlooking the Scioto River and downtown Dublin. Also, if you haven’t been or heard of Dublin’s up and coming urban, walkable neighborhood, Bridge Park, then you need to go visit! Bridge Park is along the Scioto River and is looking to be quite the place to eat/drink/live. Anyways, back to the food at Vaso!We honestly loved everything we tried and the presentation was stellar. My personal favorites though were the Benedicto del Sur (Eggs Benedict), Avocado Toast (Pan Con Aguacate y Huevos) and Brussels Sprouts!Have you been to VASO yet? They also serve dinner and drinks. Plus, they offer private events parties!Their private event room is the cutest space, as pictured above with the palm leaves wallpaper!
