I am so happy to say that we’re officially in the last trimester! Second trimester absolutely flew by, as I knew it would. It truly was a “honeymoon” phase (minus some minor foot pain that was alleviated by some new insoles!) and some days I didn’t even feeling pregnant except for that lil’ extra belly I was toting around. I can already tell baby girl has been growing quite a bit over the past week and my bump is looking bigger and bigger all the time! I feel blessed and extremely thankful to have made it to 28 weeks as of today. (Note: the below photo is not an “updated” bump pic… I’m pretty sure baby girl has doubled in size since this was taken a few weeks ago! :))With the help of my family, I was able to do quite a bit of work on the nursery over the past couple of months because I know I will only get bigger/slower/more tired/busier over these next few months. Baby Hamman’s nursery is currently gray/white/lavender/light pink/light blue with hints of brassy gold accents. While I still have a bit left to do to make it complete, I’ve had so much fun decorating! I feel great going into the holiday season knowing that only the details are left.
All the above items in the photo are in Baby Hamman’s nursery thanks to her grandmas’, great aunt’s, and mommy’s shopping plus daddy’s assembly 🙂 Since I’ve laid eyes on it, I’ve been obsessed with this bedding from Pottery Barn Kids. I waited until it went on sale and ordered it ASAP as it was on backorder for awhile. This crib and this dresser with this changing top are all serious scores from Target. Their prices were amazing! Oh and this comfortable glider, this lamp, and these mirrors are from Target too! I love that store. I also recently added these tassel panels which I love but am still deciding on. And I’m IN LOVE with this elephant rocker and this sweet little chair. Both majorly up the cuteness factor of Baby Hamman’s nursery!
