Another edition of Eats + Drinks! I love snapping iPhone pics of delicious food + drinks around Columbus and sharing them with you – why keep a good thing all to myself?
^ The food at Happy Hour at Sidebar 122 is outstanding! Great prices and delicious bites. I dined here with the ladies of Kasual Life when we were planning our Columbus Blogsgiving event.
^ I picked up this pretty lil’ donut made by Big and Little’s Craft Donuts at The Hills Market in Worthington. And yes, it was as tasty as it looks!
^ If you’ve never tried the Sweet Potato & Turkey Hash at Northstar Cafe, I highly suggest you do. With a Shooting Star juice (with orange, organic carrot, ginger, and lemon), of course. This breakfast leaves me feeling super energized.
^ I ran into a good friend not long ago in Impero Coffee Roasters and he recommended a pour-over of coffee, which I never had tasted. It was delish if you like your coffee black, like I do. The coffee had so much flavor! Coffee experts: I apologize for my lack of details and correct terminology for this pour-over, I just know it was awesome! Impero is a cool spot in the Short North, across from Melt.
^ When Nic and I want to splurge on a nice meal for a special occasion (or when we receive a special Cameron Mitchell gift card – such a good present for anyone), Martini Modern Italian is where we go. Typically, we order the same thing: the Tenderloin, cooked medium, not a hair more. If I had to give awards for delicious food in this city, this would be my #1 pick, hands down, no questions asked! My mouth is watering just looking at this photo, which isn’t even that great, with terrible lighting LOL.
^ Skillet‘s omelettes are so stinking good. Oh, my. This place is such a gem. I love their brunch and their service is excellent!
^ Mimosas at The Old Mohawk on a random Sunday morning, catching up with best friends. Nothing particularly special, just good.
^ Bakersfield in the Short North is such a go-to for me. I am always, always in the mood for their chips and guacamole, Pollo Rojo + Mole tacos, and a Rosé Sangria or Margarita. So delicious.

Thanks for the ideas! I’m definitely adding Skillet to must-try list!
