I ♥ Fall Tag

I was recently tagged by Tamara, the designer behind Baydian scarves, to participate in the I ♥ Fall Tag and naturally, being the Fall lover that I am, have to participate! Kind of a fun post for a Tuesday, don’t ‘cha think? 🙂 Here are my answers to these lovely ???’s:

1.) Favorite fall lip product?

I really, really am addicted to lip balm. I have to have it and I’m also not very picky as long as it isn’t sticky and it lasts as long as possible. I currently am wearing this balm from the local Hemp and Honey Plus. However, I am into a darker lipstick/gloss thing right now too, more cranberry in color. Oh and EOS is on my nightstand. As long as I have something on my lips, I’ll be okay.

2.) Favorite fall nail polish?

I’m a gel manicure girl all the way these days because it lasts for weeks! Howeverrr, my go-to nail polish for Fall has always been Chinchilly by Essie (a gray color) and I’m also loving Thank Glogg It’s Friday and Ice-Bergers & Fries by OPI this season.

3.) Favorite Starbucks fall drink?

Hmm. Depends on my mood 100%. I am a black coffee drinker in the morning. I don’t even mind a black iced coffee from Starbucks occasionally. But sometimes, well a lot of the times, I go for the Iced Oprah Chai Tea Latte. It’s amazing!!! And I know it’s packed with sugar but it’s so delicious. Wow, wait a minute. I just answered this question not even thinking about their Fall drinks. Hmmm no brainer – Pumpkin Spice Latte. But I only get 1 or 2 during Fall! And yes I take a picture of it like every other blogger in America. 🙂

4.) Favorite fall candle?

So, so difficult to choose one! I love candles from the local The Candle Lab. Also on current rotation is Sweater Weather by Bath & Body Works. This Voluspa candle is on my wish list! I know Objects for the Home has these sometimes.

5.) Favorite fall accessory?

Scarves and boots. Places like Target and Forever 21 are killin’ it with the cute and fashionable scarves this season. I’ve bought a few already this season and although my scarf “wish list” is endless, I’m crushing on this plaid number and this colorful one, both under $12.

6.) Haunted house or haunted hayride?

I know Halloween is over but I’m still going to answer this question: I prefer neither. I have a vivid imagination so I prefer to not do scary things like this. However I do remember one time in high school going to a haunted corn maze and haunted house — and I also remember almost hitting (well, maybe I did hit) a scary man with a chain saw. I can’t do it.

7.) Favorite Halloween movie?

I.don’t.like.scary.movies. Like I said earlier, it doesn’t mix with an imagination. Hocus Pocus is probably my favorite – I mean, SJP before SATC. I pull more from this list from PopSugar re: Scary movies for wimps.

8.) Favorite candy to eat on Halloween?

Anything chocolate!!! M&M’s, Crunch bars, Twix… they all do it for me. But not until after passing the safe candy check, of course. 🙂

9.) What is your favorite thing about fall?

Coziness. It’s nostalgic. Brings back memories. The smell of burning leaves. Campfires. Football games. The fashion. Color.
