I’m sad to see October go. I truly am. It’s always such a colorful and exciting month – a time to really enjoy the outdoors because let’s face it, Winter is not always Ohio’s strong suit. I honestly can say that our October is one of the main reasons of why I missed home while living in South Carolina for grad school.
I’ve always thought that the window boxes in German Village are just darling… and the way they are decorated for the season, either with colorful summer flowers or with fresh arrangements of pumpkins and mums, are so memorable.
A glimpse into my September via Instagram…
There were sooo many beautiful, rain-free days in the ‘Bus this month and I couldn’t help but ask my husband to pull over for me to capture this shot of downtown with my iPhone – the sky looked unreal this day:
I had fun meeting the bloggers behind local blogs like EastonTrendE, House of Phrase, Easton FoodE, & I Wanna Be Ma
Happy first day of Fall!!!
There are so many things I like to do during fall so it helps me to make a “to-do” list. Here we go:
1.) Visit a pumpkin patch – my favorite is Renick’s, just south of Columbus.
2.) Pick apples at Lynd’s Fruit Farm, CherryHawk Farm, or Legend Hills Orchard.
3.) Watch classic scary movies.
4.) Find a costume and throw a Halloween party.
