Life Lately: May

Hi May, I love you. That is all. 🙂

^ Tried on this pretty plaid button up at the new(ish) Vineyard Vines at Easton Town Center. Y’all should stop in if you haven’t already. A bit of prep in Columbus.

^ Perusing through Clintonville’s Wholly Craft store – so many locally made finds at this gem!

^ The lil’ baby birds grew up in my front tree.

Eats + Drinks

Another edition of Eats + Drinks! I love snapping iPhone pics of delicious food + drinks around Columbus and sharing them with you – why keep a good thing all to myself?

^ The food at Happy Hour at Sidebar 122 is outstanding! Great prices and delicious bites. I dined here with the ladies of Kasual Life when we were planning our Columbus Blogsgiving event.

A Cozy Day in German Village

It’s no secret that German Village is an area of Columbus that I absolutely adore. A few Sundays ago, Nic and I spent the day in GV and met up with our friends that were from out of town for an oh-so-amazing brunch (if you’ve never been and you’re a bruncher, go! And go early – the place always has a line) at Skillet in German Village.

Life Lately: November

I feel like I say this every month, but wow! November really flew by. I’ll be honest though, November is not my favorite month. By the end of or even mid-month, the pretty leaves have fallen to the ground, there’s a (quite brisk) chill in the air, and it gets dark oh-too-soon. Winter is well on its way or some say it’s already here.

Life Lately: October

I’m sad to see October go. I truly am. It’s always such a colorful and exciting month – a time to really enjoy the outdoors because let’s face it, Winter is not always Ohio’s strong suit. I honestly can say that our October is one of the main reasons of why I missed home while living in South Carolina for grad school.
