Old Man’s Cave

18905 State Route 664 South
Logan, Ohio

This past weekend, my hubby and I ventured south to a southern Ohio favorite, Old Man’s Cave. Old Man’s Cave is part of the Hocking Hills State Park, which is a little over an hour southeast from Columbus. We were hoping to see some fall foliage, but with the 85 degree weather we had last week, we saw only a glimpse.

Pickin’ Pumpkins

14080 US Route 23
Ashville, OH 43103

Yay! I can officially cross off #1 on my October “To-Do List”! Although it wasn’t Circle S, like we had originally planned, my husband and I made the journey to go pumpkin pickin’ via U.S. Route 23 South to the infamous Renick’s Family Market (you know, the barn with the yellow roof).

Make My Day Market

I stopped in at the first Make My Day Market at 400 W. Rich on Saturday, September 7, per All Together Ohio event planner Marti Babcock’s invitation, and enjoyed every minute of it. Basically, it’s a market that provides future brides/grooms, wedding planners, and/or event planners the opportunity to meet some amazing, local vendors that could help make their special day a success.

October: My Top 10

Columbus, Ohio
Fall always officially begins for me on October 1st. So, in honor, I have a couple of things on my to-do list this month in and around Columbus that I thought I would share:
1.) Visit a pumpkin patch (http://www.circlesfarm.com/fallfundays.html).
2.) Attend the annual Circleville Pumpkin Show, October 16-19th (http://pumpkinshow.com/).
