Scioto Audubon Dog Park

SCIOTO AUDUBON DOG PARK
400 W. WHITTIER ST
COLUMBUS, OHIO 43215
The Scioto Audubon Dog Park is the perfect place to play for my little guy. He doesn’t need fancy but he does need (a.) safe and (b.) spacious and this dog park delivers both. It’s about 2 acres and has both a small dog and a large dog area with sandboxes, benches, picnic tables, and water fountains. City secret.

Tai’s Asian Bistro & Sushi

TAI’S ASIAN BISTRO & SUSHI
1285 W LANE AVE
COLUMBUS, OHIO
Okay, so my husband and I love getting sushi. We typically hate the price. Until we met Tai. Tai’s that is. This place has arguably the cheapest sushi in Columbus and it’s freshly rolled and very tasty.

Arch City Tavern

ARCH CITY TAVERN
862 N HIGH STREET
COLUMBUS, OHIO
My good friend recommended my husband & I check out this new Short North restaurant (it just opened a couple of months ago) for a date night and it didn’t take long for us to get there.

Columbus Flea

I am a HUGE fan of Columbus Flea. More than 60 vendors frequented the Spring Flea 2013 at the new Seventh Son Brewery this past Sunday, including Homage, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, Cafe Brioso, Royal Factory Atelier, Cap City Apparel, and Zebra Pie Gifts. Such a fun experience and I can’t wait for the next market (August 2013). Bring cash. Buy a flea bag.

Ohio State Campus

There are so many reasons of why I love The Ohio State University campus (did you know it’s the third largest college campus in the country and was also originally named the Ohio Agricultural and Mechanical College?!) but I will say, just walking around their campus is something my husband and I love to do at least once a week.
