APRIL: Time is a thief! Where did the second half of this month go? Ever since Ellie was born, I feel like time is FLYING! Sure, I’ve had long days and nights since she was born, but all in all, things are going pretty well around here, adjusting to life with a newborn. I’m just SO HAPPY she’s here!!! Feeling very blessed.
Listening to: Maroon 5’s Red Pill Blues album – so good!
Shopping for: Spring/summer tops for myself (like this eyelet top and this smocked top, both on major sale) since I haven’t been able to shop for almost a year! Also, bought Ava a pair of super cute sandals and these water shoes that she insisted on and has been wearing as everyday shoes! Also I got these fun Target buys: This seagrass napkin holder (it’s the little things!) and this plaid outdoor rug (I also LOVE this one).
Watching: Finished the entire series of Mad Men on Netflix – now we’re onto something a lot lighter – Parks & Recreation! We also are going to start 7 Seconds per recommendation of one of my gf’s!
Loving: The newborn snuggles and how Ava constantly checks on her sister, giving her tons of hugs and kisses daily.
Working on: Figuring out life and a routine as a family of 4!
^^ 38 Weeks pregnant! The last bump pic I took because once I hit 39 weeks, I was done! 🙂
^^ My sweet, sweet Elizabeth Anne.
^^ BEST nursing shirt, EVER!!! It’s so soft & cozy!!! Comes in 5 colors. You can shop it here. Also, this is the best nursing bra (I have it in 3 colors and swore by them after I had Ava and I still love them). Ellie’s yellow bow is from From Head to Bows!
^^ The prettiest, best-smelling candles from the local Eleventh Candle Co.!
^^ The talented Sophia of Cheek to Cheek Studio taking Ellie’s newborn shots! Lots of questions about our quilt from Anthro – it’s no longer sold but this one and this one are very similar and equally as pretty!!!
^^ Maybe my favorite photo from our newborn photos from Cheek to Cheek Studio. <3
^^ My lil’ strawberry! How cute are these sheets from Peapod and Nate?
I hope you had a great month! Cheers to (finally) warmer weather, lots of sunshine, and fresh blooms in May!
