If you love health and fitness and you live in or around Columbus, then you surely need to know about Sweat Local Columbus, a movement through Columbus to encourage people to sweat, buy, and eat all things healthy from local businesses in Central Ohio.
They are all about community and #sweatlocalcbus is hosting their inaugural event featuring a 5K and Expo on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at the Bridgewater Banquet and Conference Center. A 5K will kick off the event at 8:30AM, with the Expo running from 9AM-2PM.
The Expo will feature 30 local health/fitness vendors and fantastic local people to mix and mingle with! Attendees also can choose from 12 FREE 30-minute classes, all day long (the schedule is pictured below)! You can learn more about the classes here and the 5K here.
