The Quickest Way to Shop for Groceries (plus, Fun + Easy Fall Drink Recipes!)

This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. #FlavorsOfFall #CollectiveBiasquickest-way-to-shop-for-groceriesTime has been oh-so-precious to me and I know it will only become even more so, with the nearing upcoming holidays and this growing belly! Grocery shopping has been something that I’ve been pretty lax about, especially recently, because I just haven’t wanted to spend the time perusing the grocery store aisles like I previously did! Enter: Giant Eagle’s Curbside Express. I couldn’t be happier to have discovered the quickest way to shop for groceries at one of my favorite go-to stores! Can you hear my sigh of relief? 🙂

It’s super easy to learn how to do Curbside Express – you just create an account, sign in, choose a pickup day and time, and add items to your cart! The website even stores past orders so you can quickly add your “go-to” items to your cart and go pick them up! I ordered about $50 in groceries and found the process to be very efficient and stress-free. I chose a time to pickup my groceries that was later in the afternoon when I knew I would be out and about running errands.

When I arrived at the store, I had a big question as to where to park to get my groceries but I easily found a sign that directed me to the side parking lot of the building and Giant Eagle had three reserved parking spaces marked with the sign below! A woman came out immediately after I called to let them know I had arrived – she put the bags in my car and quickly swiped my credit card and I was off and running, ready to finish my errands for the day! Such a time saver.curbside-express-signNow, on to the super fun part! Arriving home and using the goods to make something delicious! During the fall, I usually crave different flavored drinks (pumpkin flavored anything is included, of course!) and so I had to try to make a couple of different mocktails with fun fall flavors: A Sparkling Pear Cider with Thyme (which I found to be my favorite) and a Orange Spice Cider with Thyme!giant-eagle-fall-cider(pictured, above): The two stars of the show, Giant Eagle’s Pear Ginger Flavored Apple Cider and Orange Spice Flavored Apple Cider! Giant Eagle has a ton of other <a href=”http://cbi.as/xkoc” rel=”nofollow” target=” _blank”=””>seasonal products worth checking out too!

Everything about that drink is callin out to me. The citrus! the fizzy water! And that thyme garnish. Citrus plus thyme is always a good idea.
