My Weekend in Photos

Coming off of the most relaxing, plans-free weekend I’ve had in quite awhile, it’s really hard to get back to work today! The husband + I met up with best friends, explored Central Ohio, and ate some verrry good food. All under blue skies…

Nada was amazing for dinner on Friday night. Their patio is so cute + out of the sun, which is extra nice on a hot day. Get the queso!

We decided to skip town + head east to Granville’s Farmer’s Market Saturday morning. Granville is an adorable town so I naturally took a lot of pictures. Look for a post about my travels there later this week!

We also brought our little pups along for the ride + let them run around, sans leash (the best!), on Denison’s campus. Needless to say, they slept the entire ride home.

selfieOn Sunday, we ventured to Summer Flea at Seventh Son Brewing.

I saw the cutest friendship bracelets there:friendship-bracelets

After the Flea, we headed over to North Market to grab a bite to eat. It’s always such a spur of the moment decision, totally relying on our eyes + stomachs to make the decision as to where we’ll eat. Little Eater won, hands down. I had the Zucchini, Corn, and Caramelized Onion Frittata and a scoop of Roasted Zucchini and Organic Quinoa. OMG. So healthy, good, and filling. Stop in!little-eater-north-market

Oh + I can’t leave without grabbing a Pistacia Vera macaron. These things just rock my world everytime!!!pistacia-vera-macarons-short-north

Couldn’t decide on just one. So I bought six.pistacia-vera-macarons

And ate one on the way to the car. Lemon to be exact.girl-about-columbus-blogSo here we go, week. Let’s do this. At least you’ll be a little easier with macarons. 😉girl_about_columbus_blog

  • Granville is such an adorable town! I make trips there semi-regularly since my brother is a firefighter there. They have some great restaurants too!

The weather this weekend was perfect! I went to Barcelona to enjoy their patio and pick up macaroons from Pistacia Vera while I was in German Village! They seriously are they best.

Thanks for sharing your weekend! It is always great to get ideas for new things to do in Columbus.
