Life Lately: March

These round-ups are fun for me. I hope they are for you too! It’s fun to reflect back on the month re: things I did, saw, ate/drank, things that inspired me or just were plain pretty. March flew by. Absolutely flew by. I don’t know where the time went. It must be starting to get warmer… I feel like all of the warm months pass so quickly. Anyways… I was busy. I took a couple of road trips… to Cincinnati + Pittsburgh. Both equally really fun and well worth it. Some of GAC’s most viewed posts in March? The Athens, Ohio Travel Guide, wearing Clothe Ohio, my Spring Bucket List, and the One Delicious Smoothie recipe. Enjoy the photos + smile – warm weather is so close!!!

^ My baby Rea recovered sooo fast from her spaying! Such a lil’ trooper!

^ On my way to Cinci for a girls’ weekend! Such a success by the way… Wearing these awesome Free People sunglasses (that are the same shape as the highly coveted Karen Walker ones for a lot less $$).

^ SENATE in Over-the-Rhine is sooo legit. You should definitely try it when in Cinci!

^ A snowy day of shopping in Powell, Ohio. This house is gorgeous, right?

^ Elm & Iron is easily one of my favorite stores in Columbus for home decor. This mirror is everything.

^ Nothing better than being with family on a Sunday. #familydinner

^ After a fun day coffee tasting @ Mission Coffee Co.! P.s. Have you entered the giveaway yet?

^ Stopped in Thread in Grandview + I can’t get over the decor. The store is absolutely beautiful!! My wallet is in big time trouble!

^ A mocha at Fox in the Snow Cafe chatting blogging with Emily.

^ An Arena view from Nada. This used to be my old stompin’ ground and I miss it!

^ Taco night @ home is one of my favorite things.

^ Loving these local buys: A Yao Cheng tea towel, Capital Style magazine, and a Honey Rose & K Gamuza Tassel Necklace.

^ Wholly Craft has the cuuuutest locally made things! This art!

^ Proud of my great buys at Worthington’s Fritzy Jacobs (flats are Yosi Samra, you can find a similar pair here.)

^ Took an awesome weekend trip to Pittsburgh. Will be doing an upcoming post re: sharing photos + my recommendations on where to go and what to do!

^ Color at Strader’s. Yes, I’ve been to the nursery multiple times already this year. I love it!!

^ Gorgeous Mamina Handmade knits. Gah, they’re so pretty.

^ Sneak peek of the gallery wall we hung this month!

^ I have to have Sunday meal prep or else I won’t eat healthy during the week. It’s just a must. And sometimes it’s pretty. So I obvs have to take a picture.

^ This dish was c/o my mom + dad for Christmas! Can you say best present, ever? It’s currently my new wine cork holder on my bar cart. I smile everytime I see it. It’s by Corbe Company and you can buy this dish HERE.

^ Loved catching up with cousins at Figlio in Grandview! The food, the atmosphere… it’s cozy and one of my favorite date night spots.

^ Giddy with green juice at Alchemy. To say I’m obsessed is an understatement. I find this place so inspiring and amazingly delicious. I want it NOW actually! Alexis, aka Hummusapien, you’ve created a stellar menu.

^ Visited the Made Local Marketplace in Powell and was going crazy at all the talent! The tassel keychain and bracelet are from Girl About Dayton, the gold necklace and candle from Geo Supply Co., and the headband from BeeMineSunshine.

^ Tulips for days. I could fill my house up with these beautiful things! Bring on the flowers!
