Mission Coffee + Giveaway!!!

I get a lot of emails and questions about the best places in Columbus to grab a coffee and I always, always tell them about Mission Coffee Co.!

You can’t beat the relaxed vibe in this Short North establishment, just off of High Street on Price Avenue.

I could cozy up here for days, just listening to their music, sipping coffee, and eating sweet treats. Maybe even weeks!

A couple of weekends ago, Sarah + Jared Williamson, co-owners of Mission Coffee Co., invited my husband + I into the shop for a Sunday Funday: aka a Mission coffee + treats tasting!

I think I literally died and went to Heaven for a bit because I loved everything we tasted: Various pour overs of Heart Coffee Roasters (Kenya Chorongi / Kenya Miiri / Ethiopia Jipat, with the Ethiopia being my favorite)…

… their Cascara Cider (ridiculously tasty spiced tea with with cherries, cinnamon, apple cider + spices), made in house…

… and a glass of their Cold Brew coffee, which I must say I was surprisingly obsessed with! It’s so good and refreshing, a nice change of pace from my “dark roast” coffee order I typically go for.

Our tasting was complete with chocolate from Finca Chocolate, based out of Logan, Ohio.

Oh and wait – how could I forget the amaaaazing Blueberry Lemon Lavender Pie courtesy of Dough Mama? Seriously, so good.
