I love warm weather + I loved May! What a great, beautiful, busy month! I closed on my first house EVER with my husband on the 30th & couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter in our lives! Lots of renovations are in order & I will continue to update you all via the blog + Instagram re: the house progress. p.s. If you don’t already, you can follow me on Instagram HERE. I enjoy Instagram + the fact that it is so visual so I post on there quite frequently… Here are a few of my shots from this month:
^The Pint House (in the Short North) continues to be one of my fave spots ever to grab a drink… it always fits my mood. This pic was from the Epic Brewing tap takeover night.
^a lil’ piece of the south in Columbus… The Pearl makes me reminisce about Charleston every time I go here… everything on the menu is GREAT!
^I was so excited to be invited to the grand opening of Athleta at Easton! p.s. Everything is sooo cute!
^So many Essie polishes from Meijer 🙂 – I can’t get enough of the Essie Nail Polish Go Ginza #825 !
^I have a feeling I’m going to frequently Peacock Lane Home in Worthington when I start decorating my new home!
^The local Igloo Letterpress company is so spot on with all of their paper products – I love this print featuring Yoko!
^The new REI store is now open at Easton!
^Such signs that I should plan a lil’ vacay – I received all of these on one day this month! p.s. the JRJ Nail Polish is made right here in Westerville!
^Daniel Burnham is my fave architect. Think NYC’s Flatiron building, DC’s Union Station, and Columbus’s Union Station (ya know, the awesome arch by Nationwide)! So, naturally, this quote is awesome! I found it the entryway to Meleca Architecture, Inc..
^Taking advantage of the sunshine… with my first batch of sweet tea of the season + a good mag. Essie Nail Polish Go Ginza #825 is the color on my toes!
^I’m a huge fan of Harvest Moon Cafe, the cutest lil’ place in Canal Winchester to grab a bite to eat… or a healthy juice or smoothie!
^my bro & sis in the law gave my husband & I these BEAUTIFUL peonies as a lil’ housewarming gift – I had a lot of questions about where these came from – check out Red Twig Farms at the Worthington Farmer’s Market!
