Happy Valentine’s Day!
Here are some (believe me, there are lots more) of my fave local, small businesses:

.) Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams: Needs no explanation. I could eat this every day for the rest of my life.
.) Flowers on Orchard Lane: My fave florist in Columbus, located in Clintonville (on Orchard Lane).
.) Pistacia Vera: THE place to go for macarons, located in German Village + the North Market.
.) The Hills Market: Stop by this grocery in Worthington or downtown to pick up some local buys.
.) Mission Coffee Co.: Give me a coffee + my laptop + I could be here for hours.
.) Lindey’s: Brunch, lunch, dinner, dessert. They’ve perfected it all at this German Village classic.
.) Simply Vague: Perfect gift shop for that Ohio lover on your list.
.) Homage: Softest tees in the city. Can be found in the Short North or Easton.
.) Thread: Designer clothing boutique in Grandview + Dublin.
.) La Jeune Mariee: Prettiest bridal shop, everrr!
.) Fox in the Snow Cafe: They just opened up a new spot in German Village!
.) The Blowout Bar: Best place to get a blowout in the city!
.) Northstar Cafe: I’m always in the mood for Northstar’s brunch.
.) Lavash Cafe: Clintonville Mediterranean restaurant that has the best hummus I’ve found in the city!
.) The Book Loft: A Columbus classic located in German Village – get lost in 32 rooms of books 🙂
.) Curio: Speakeasy cocktail bar beside Harvest (see below).
.) Harvest Pizzeria: Delicious German Village pizza shop focused on use of local ingredients.
.) Figlio: A go-to cozy spot for delicious pizza + Italian food.
.) Vintage Toast: The CUTEST vintage finds for yourself and your home in the sweetest Clintonville shop.
.) Sweet Thing Gourmet: Yummy jams made in Bexley. They make a great gift, come in super-cute packaging, & you can find them in a few area grocery stores!
.) Alchemy Juice Cafe.: I rave about this healthy spot all the time!
.) German Village Guest House: Boutique hotel in German Village.
.) The Seasoned Farmhouse: Cooking classes I’ve been dying to try in Clintonville.
.) Cub Shrub: One of my favorite places to shop for the littles!!!
.) Native Cold Pressed: Juice bar in the Short North and German Village.
