1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup coconut water
2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
2 tbsp. almond butter
1 handful strawberries
1 handful raspberries
1 handful blackberries
Note: I added 1/2 cup Suja Elements Berryoxidant.
You can sub this out for some greek yogurt if you’d like 🙂
Combine all ingredients in a blender; purée on high speed until smooth.
Add a few ice cubes and blend until it reaches your desired consistency.
