You know all of those really cute food and drink pictures from bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, and weddings you see on Pinterest? You know… the pins with the really colorful cupcake liners, creatively cut cookies, and glitter icing? Or how about the glass milk cartons/mason jars with the adorable striped paper straws? Well, Smidge in Pinch in Powell has pretty much every baking detail you need. Whether you want to wow the kiddos (or fellow mothers) at the next birthday party, host a beautiful baby or bridal shower, or just upload your own famous “pin”, stop in and check it out. Seriously. Initially launched as an online store in 2009, Smidge and Pinch mother-daughter duo Theresa Crawford and Susan Nevett opened their Powell shop in September 2012. Besides being the sweetest (no pun, swear) store owners ever, I was throughly impressed with their product pricing. So affordable. For $1.75, you can choose a cookie cutter from an array of every letter/number/shape you can imagine. $5.00 for a 25-pack of paper straws. You can rent 24 glass milk cartons for $10.80 (or buy them for $3.50 each). Smidge and Pinch offers custom-made banners, cupcake and cookie stands for rent, and a variety of items to pick up for the next Ohio State party. Yep, love me some local buys. Happy baking!
SMIDGE AND PINCH is located at 343 W Olentangy Street Powell, Ohio.
This looks so cute!! Would love to stop by there sometime!
I am thrilled and also terrified to know this exists. A girl could go crazy in here with the food props!
