The new Whole Foods Market in Upper Arlington takes grocery shopping to another level! I go to this market for three main reasons: 1) to get the freshest produce, fish/chicken, & grains possible 2) for their amazingly healthy and delicious salad bar and 3) for the visual appeal (you’ll see in my pictures!). Words of advice: Eat at their in-store restaurant/bar, The Social, and have a glass of their craft beer or wine (the wine is a great price). Also I recommend trying Whole Foods’ guacamole/pico de gallo, crab cakes, and any of the quinoa/barley salads. Follow them on Facebook to get the lastest deals. Go to the wood-fired grill for 2 for 1 pizzas on Tuesdays. And, if they have it in stock, pick up a bottle (or a few if you’re doing a cleanse) of the highly popular Suja Juice. Oh, and bring reusable bags to get a few cents off your final bill.
