Planning a Cabo San Lucas Honeymoon? My husband + I had the.best.time honeymooning in Cabo + you will too! I did a ton of research on the best places to stay, eat, sightsee, etc. and hopefully this post can help you plan your trip to the best city in Mexico!!! Enjoy 🙂
EL FARALLON
CABO SAN LUCAS, MEXICO
On the first night of our honeymoon to Cabo, my husband and I decided to check out one of the most raved about seafood restaurants in the city — El Farallon, which means “the cliff” in Spanish. It’s located at the Capella Pedegral resort and the views are breathtaking. You’re on the edge of the cliff overlooking the ocean… pure bliss and so romantic. Everything they prepare is freshly caught and cooked that day. We chose the a sampler of lobster, shrimp, and other fish. Memorable. Delicious. Must try when in Cabo. Go!
PANCHO’S RESTAURANT AND TEQUILA BAR
CABO SAN LUCAS, MEXICO
We found this little gem on a rainy day. We practically had the place to ourself since the weather was so terrible but the staff there made us feel right at home. They even let us get behind the bar for a few pictures. They have the largest selection of tequila in the world and the decor is so pretty and bright! Will return…
ONE & ONLY PALMILLA
CABO, MEXICO
I could go on forever about this resort! I spent a few months researching the best resorts in Cabo, and although it was a tad out of our price range, everything I read said One & Only! Frequented by many celebrities, it is a slice of paradise and I would highly recommend staying here if you have the funds. We had a personal butler to our room that brought us a cooler and ice for our drinks, made reservations for us at various restaurants and at the spa, and basically could answer any question we had about the area. I must comment, their employees’ English was excellent and no language barriers were present at any time. The food and drinks were amazing and the views were spectacular. Very relaxing and secluded resort. My husband and I had the opportunity to take brief walking tours of some of the other luxury resorts in the area — Las Ventanas and Capella Pedegral — but the Palmilla has something the others do not: greenery. Tropical paradise. Love. Adore. Will return.
ZIPPER’S
SAN JOSE DEL CABO, MEXICO
A dive just minutes from our resort in San Jose del Cabo, we were looking for lunch on the beach for a great price. We found both. Watch the surfers. Eat. Drink. Try not to use their bathrooms though.
THE OFFICE
CABO SAN LUCAS, MEXICO
My only regret is not trying this place sooner on our trip. We didn’t make it here until our last day and we should have been going every morning for breakfast! The price is right and The Office is one of the top 5 most unique restaurants I’ve ever been to. You sit with your feet in the sand on the beach… but the blue umbrellas provide enough shade that it feels like you’re inside at the same time. Ugh, gorgeous. I’m having flashbacks and needing to get there ASAP!
THE ARCH AND LOVER’S BEACH
CABO SAN LUCAS, MEXICO
Grab a margarita. Get on a glass water boat at Medano Beach. Go see the arch. Have them drop you off for an hour or two at Lover’s Beach. Make memories.
SUNSET DA MONA LISA
CABO SAN LUCAS, MEXICO
Our last night in Cabo could not have been more perfect spent having dinner at Sunset da Mona Lisa. Best place to watch the sunset in Cabo from our experience. Just breathtaking and everything you could ever want in a romantic dinner. Make a reservation. Bring your camera.

Thanks for this post! My fiance and I are getting married in december and are planning our honeymoon to Cabo! December is kind of a weird time to travel to Cabo because there is a minimum stay requirement at many of the resorts (we only have 5 days for a honeymoon…not the minimum stay of 7). Anyways, all your great restaurant recommendations are so helpful! Thank you:))) And your honeymoon looked amazing and perfect and wonderful:)

You photos look amazing. I was researching a trip but worried about a post-Trump backlash. After looking at your photos I can’t wait to <a href="http://www.travel-tourist-information-guide.com/mexico-cabo-san-lucas"travel to Cabo San Lucas but I’m thinking a few days is plenty before it’ll be time to explore more of Mexico.

Thankyou for sharing…Los Cabos is a wonderful place to live for retirees or those looking for a better quality of life. It’s also an area that makes sense financially to invest in, one must visit..!
Thankyou.
